? What foods are excluded from the detox?

All grains except rice, sugar, dairy, red meat, poultry, refined oils, and processed foods.

? Is this a vegan plan?

No. You can choose what works best for you. The detox booklet includes both vegan and pescetarian options with fish and eggs.

✈️ Can I do this while out of town?

I don’t recommend following this detox while traveling unless you have easy access to a kitchen and a private bathroom. It can be done, but it may feel unnecessarily stressful to manage on the road.

?️ What about Shabbat?

Shabbat is part of the program. You’ll receive a dedicated Shabbat menu so you can stay on track while still enjoying your meals.

? I work crazy hours. Will I be able to follow this plan?

Yes! Many busy women — including ER doctors and moms of large families — have successfully completed this program.
The first week can feel challenging as your body adjusts, but your energy will significantly increase by week two.

Here’s an example of a Cold Detox day:

Light movement only. Walks, gentle yoga, lymphatic exercise, easy hikes, light jogging, and swimming are all encouraged.

Yes. Around 50% of your meals can be prepped ahead to make the detox smoother and more sustainable.

?‍? What is the age range for the program?

The program is for ages 18+. Younger women may join with modifications, which we’ll review privately.

? I’m nursing. Can I follow this plan?

No. This protocol is not appropriate while nursing, as it can reduce milk supply. I can recommend an alternate method in a private consultation.

? How about men?

Men can follow a modified version of the plan as silent partners. They’ll have access to the core principles, but live classes are for women only.

? I don’t do juice fasting. Will that be required?

No. This is not four weeks of juice fasting.
However, gentle fasting principles are part of the detox to support your body’s natural healing process.

? Do I need a juicer?

Yes, you’ll need either a juicer or blender to make smoothies or juices.

?️ Will I be able to eat real food?

Absolutely. This program includes plenty of nourishing, real food — just within a structured framework that supports detoxification.

? Will I be cutting calories?
