No. You can choose what works best for you. The detox booklet includes both vegan and pescetarian options with fish and eggs.
I don’t recommend following this detox while traveling unless you have easy access to a kitchen and a private bathroom. It can be done, but it may feel unnecessarily stressful to manage on the road.
Shabbat is part of the program. You’ll receive a dedicated Shabbat menu so you can stay on track while still enjoying your meals.

The program is for ages 18+. Younger women may join with modifications, which we’ll review privately.
No. This protocol is not appropriate while nursing, as it can reduce milk supply. I can recommend an alternate method in a private consultation.
Men can follow a modified version of the plan as silent partners. They’ll have access to the core principles, but live classes are for women only.
No. This is not four weeks of juice fasting.
However, gentle fasting principles are part of the detox to support your body’s natural healing process.
Yes, you’ll need either a juicer or blender to make smoothies or juices.
Absolutely. This program includes plenty of nourishing, real food — just within a structured framework that supports detoxification.
Yes, you’ll naturally eat less than usual — but you’ll have full control over how much you eat within the detox food list.
